Experience the life of a Wood Green dog by spending the night in one of our kennels.
Join us at our Godmanchester Centre for a sleep-over like no other. This is a unique chance to meet and interact with some of our resident dogs, as well as an opportunity to ask our staff about the work we do at Wood Green.
You will share a delicious dinner with fellow sleepers and listen to stories from our experienced Dog Welfare team. Then, bed down for the night in a Wood Green kennel, located on our rural 52 acre site. You’ll awake in the morning and have the chance to help prepare the kennel for an incoming arrival and be treated to a cooked breakfast before departing.
Minimum sponsorship: £150
To help improve canine welfare, we provide every dog with 'boredom busters' such as kong feeders, puzzle toys and home-made games to help keep them busy and occupy their minds while staying in a kennel.
Raise a minimum of £150 to get your own boredom-busting box of goodies.
If you are part of a corporate group and would like to take part in this event together, please contact the team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0300 303 9333
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring a sleeping bag and remember to wrap up warm. You may wish to bring a onesie, your favourite book etc.
Please no alcohol, drugs, or flammable substances.
Can I share a kennel with my friend or partner?
There are two kennels large enough to accomodate two adults. They will be allocated upon request, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why is there a minimum sponsorship requirement?
Wood Green recieves no government or statutory funding, so we are completely reliant upon the kind support of people like you. Having a minimum sponsorship target for events allows us to plan ahead, give you an amazing experience, and ensure we can raise enough money to be there for the thousands of pets who need us every year.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
