What do I do if my pet has a medical emergency?

Call us on 0300 303 9333 between 8am and 4pm, seven days a week.

If there’s no answer, please leave a message with your details and what the emergency is and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’ll reply in order of priority.

If you can’t get hold of us straightaway, or it’s outside those hours, please also get in touch with a local vet.

In fact, if your pet has a life-threatening emergency, the best option is to call or visit a local vet first.

Once they’ve seen your pet, let us know if we can give you any more advice or support.

If you’re worried about the cost of the vet visit, call us as soon as you can. We may be able to contribute to the cost depending on your postcode.
