Why leave a gift in your Will?

Leaving a gift in your Will can be life-changing for homeless and injured pets. Gifts in Wills are vital to our work – they make up over 50% of our income. Without them, we simply wouldn’t be able to help the thousands of homeless, poorly pets who come into our care every year.

Not only do they help pay for everyday essentials like care, food, and shelter, they also help fund the thousands of life-saving medical checks and operations we carry out every year.

Pearl's story

1 in 4 abandoned animals who arrive at our centres need medical care, and the demand on our services is increasing all the time. Watch Pearl's story and see the difference your gift could make.

Help with writing your Will

We are working in partnership with The Goodwill Partnership to offer discounted Will writing. We want to make writing your Will as simple and affordable as possible. When you choose the Goodwill Partnership to make or amend your Will, a trained counsellor will visit you at home to take your Will instructions, at a time to suit you. One of their panel firms of solicitors will then draw up your Will and provide it directly to you. All solicitors are fully qualified practitioners, regulated by The Law Society.

This professional service, including your home visit, costs just £108 (+ VAT). To book your appointment, simply call 01482 976 259 or visit www.thegoodwillpartnership.co.uk/wood-green

It makes me so happy to be able to leave a gift in my Will knowing I can help other vulnerable animals in the future. It’s the least I can do to help abandoned animals have a chance of happiness, and a loving family to take care of them.

Thanks to a generous supporter who left a gift to us in their Will, we replaced our outdated, cramped veterinary surgery with a much-needed new one. This means we can use state-of-the-art equipment to save even more lives.
