Support and Health

How much training will I need?

Needs ongoing support

Can I be left alone?

Potentially, once settled

Jules arrived to us as a stray, she will need her home-alone training building up gradually once she has settled into her new home.

She is incredibly motivated by food and toys and these have benefited her in the kennel, we would recommend lots of opportunities for enrichment for her.

Do I have any medical conditions?

Existing conditions

Jules had a medical condition, namely a flea allergy, that will require consideration before she is rehomed, though this is now resolved.

Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome her and you are a successful match.

We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to taking her home.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

No

Can I live with cats?

No

Can I live with small pets?

No

Additional information

Jules would like to be the only pet in her new home. She has been social with other dogs, often engaging in play. Upon initial meetings, she can be intense but quickly offers nice social skills.

Jules would like to continue her socialisation and would like to make some doggy friends she can enjoy walks with.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Jules can live with children aged 11+ who can interact with her appropriately as she does have a slightly sensitive side.

Jules is very intelligent and would enjoy learning new tricks which all the family can get involved with.

Once bonded, she is affectionate and very playful, she’ll keep you on your toes!

What type of environment would suit me?

Jules is a high energy Shepard Husky cross who will need her own secure, private garden as a safe space she can play and exercise off lead.

Jules will need a garden with secure fencing of 6ft.

She can potentially, in the future be walked off lead, providing her training is solid.

About Jules

Jules is a bouncy, happy young dog, she is full of beans and loves playing with toys. she is a bright and clever dog eager to learn.

Jules is a real diamond in the rough—full of potential and ready to shine in the right home. She’s a bright, playful, and affectionate dog who will make a wonderful pet, but she’ll need some time, patience, and guidance to help her navigate the world. With the right support, she’ll flourish into a fantastic companion and bring so much joy to her new family.

Jules is a naturally curious dog who loves to be part of everything that’s going on. Whether it’s helping out with daily activities or simply keeping an eye on things, she enjoys being in the middle of the action
