Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Mice can make lovely first-time pets for children who can offer a calm, patient and confident approach. They enjoy coming out to be handled and will take treats from your hands.

What type of environment would suit me?

A group of 2-4 mice will need a cage measuring at least 80cm wide by 50cm deep by 35cm high, with bar spacing of no more than 6mm. This will provide them with space for you to add lots of activities for them to climb and explore, as well as giving them enough floor space to do lots of running around on and bedding that they can dig and forage in. Although they are small, they are very busy and energetic.

About Clementine, Logan, Kiwi & Mango

Clementine, her sister Kiwi and Mango, and her castrated male brother Logan are a group of mice who are all looking for their forever home together. Being so young, these siblings are still getting used to being handled and can be a bit nervous at times when there are loud noises. Time, patience and regular socialisation will help this group develop their confidence. This group love running on their wheel, climbing and exploring all the toys in their enclosure and once they have worn themselves out, you can find them all sleeping in a pile together! If you can offer this group the home they are looking for, please complete the online registration form below.
