Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
Meg has current medical concerns, namely hyperthyroidism and a blocked tear duct, that will require consideration before she is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Would rather not live with other cats. Could live with small animals if securely housed. Could live with a cat-friendly dog with gradual introductions – dog would need to be calm, low energy and not chase.
Meg would prefer to live with adults and children 13 and over as she can be really nervous and frightened at the beginning. After some time she becomes more friendly and gains confidence but a calm and patient household is important as she takes a while to find her footing.
Meg would like to live in an area that has low levels of traffic. She mostly spends her time close to her home and in the garden so doesn’t have much experience around roads especially busy ones. She will need both indoor and outdoor access. In the home she will need plenty of areas to hide away when she wants to and a quiet settling in room.
Meg came to us through no fault of her own, and she’s a seasoned lady who’s still got plenty of purr-sonality to share. At first, she can be quite shy and nervous — but with patience and kindness, her affectionate side begins to show. Once she’s settled, Meg proves to be a loving, friendly, and surprisingly outgoing companion who shows that age is just a number. She’s looking for a calm, quiet home with a family who’s happy to give her all the time she needs to find her paws again. Could you be the one to help this golden girl enjoy her well deserved cat-naps?
