Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

Can I live with cats?

Can I live with small pets?

Additional information

As with all small pets, ferrets need to be housed away from other pets in the home. They aren't suited to living in a home with prey species, such as rabbits and guinea pigs.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Ferrets can make very affectionate and loyal pets; however, they may not suit first time pet owners or families with young children due to their very playful nature which can result in a few small nips when playing with toys etc. You can have hours of fun and be rewarded with lots of cuddles from these cheeky little creatures.

What type of environment would suit me?

Ferrets are busy little animals who need lots of space to keep them fit, healthy and happy. They can live indoors or outdoors, each comes with its different requirements. Our expert team would be more than happy to discuss this with you.

About Norman

Norman is a single neutered male ferret who is looking for a ferret companion or two. He has slowly been coming out of his shell whilst being with us and will now come to the door in the morning to greet you. Norman loves his food and will usually stash it away in a hiding spot to eat later on! If you have a ferret or two who are looking for a companion and you can offer Norman his forever home, please complete the online registration form below.
