As with all small pets, we will need to be housed securely away from any other pets in the home.
Guinea pigs can make lovely pets for all the family, they are loveable and charming little animals.
Guinea pigs can live indoors or outside; they enjoy having plenty of time on the grass grazing during good weather days. The ideal accommodation for a pair should consist of a 5ft by 2ft (152cm by 61cm) hutch or indoor cage and a 6ft long by 4ft wide by 18 inches high (183cm by 122 cm) wooden framed run with a removable/hinged lid for the grass.

Oreo and Malcolm are 2 shy boys looking for a home where someone with time and patience to build up their confidence around people. Both love to have lots of places to hide such as tunnels, little houses and big piles of hay as this helps them to feel safe. Spending time talking to them and offering some of their favourite treats like pepper, parsley and celery is helping the pair get used to people and learn that interactions can be positive with people. Oreo is slightly easier to handle then Malcolm but they both are experts at hiding and running away when trying to be caught. If you can help these boys confidence in their forever home, please do get in touch via with website.
