Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Ruby came into us as a stray so we’re unsure if she’s been left home alone before. Any home alone time will need to be built up, at Ruby’s pace, once she’s settled into her new home.
Ruby has historic medical conditions, namely an allergic skin disorder, an ear infection (resolved) and dermatitis around her feet (resolved), that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
Ruby enjoys going on walks with other dogs and is happy to go off and do her own thing after an initial greeting.
She can have some calm, polite walking buddies in her new home.
Ruby can live with teenagers, 13+.
She is a worried girl and is looking for a family that can let her come out of her shell in her own time. Once you’ve built a relationship with her she is the sweetest girl!
Ruby will need a secure, private garden with 6ft fencing in her new home so she’s got a space to be off lead and relax, and to help with her toilet training.
Ruby is a beautiful girl with a heart full of love and plenty of slobbery kisses to share once you’re part of her club.
She can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness she forms incredibly rewarding bonds and becomes the most loyal companion.
Watching Ruby grow in confidence and seeing her affectionate personality shine through is the best way to light up any day. She is looking for a fun and loving home where she can show off her goofy personality.
