Helping pets like Tiddles and Buttercup

After being in our care for over a year – the longest time a pair of rabbits have spent at Woodgreen – we were overjoyed to find this adorable pair a home together.

After being in our care for over a year – the longest time a pair of rabbits have spent at Woodgreen – we were overjoyed to find this adorable pair a home together.

Tiddles and Buttercup were brought into Woodgreen in September 2020 after being taken to a local vets for urgent treatment. Their hutch had fallen in on them, but thankfully

they didn’t suffer any major injuries, although Buttercup was a bit sniffly! Sadly their owner could not afford to keep them both, so we got the call to take them in. Once they’d been

given a full health check by our Vet team, they were housed together on site. As with many of our rabbits, it can be tricky finding the perfect home which ticks all their boxes.

Fortunately, we have an amazing network of fosterers always willing to help out while they wait. This lovely pair enjoyed stays with two fosterers before hopping into their forever home with Kourtney.

Whilst Tiddles and Buttercup were with us for longer than we’d expected, our dedicated teams never gave up on finding them the right home – like every pet deserves.

Thanks to supporters like you, we were there for Tiddles and Buttercup.
