Terms and conditions for Murphy’s Sketches giveaway

Fans of The Dog House – this one’s for you! Woodgreen has teamed up with the brilliant illustrator Murphy’s Sketches to celebrate the joy dogs bring to our lives with an exclusive giveaway. Just one lucky winner will receive a personalized A4 pet portrait. 

To enter, all you need to do is follow both @woodgreenpetscharity and @murphys_sketches on Instagram, drop a like on the giveaway post and tag a Dog House lover in the comments. The winner will be randomly selected, and we’ll be in touch to discuss how to redeem this fantastic prize. 

Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The promoter of this giveaway is Woodgreen Pets Charity (registered office King’s Bush Farm, London Road, Godmanchester PE29 2NH), in collaboration with Murphy’s Sketches. 
2. The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 and above. The prize draw is not open to employees of Woodgreen Pets Charity or their families, agents, or any third party directly associated. 
3. To enter the giveaway, you must follow both @woodgreenpetscharity and @murphys_sketches on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments. No purchase is necessary.  
4. Additional comments on the post will count as additional entries into the giveaway. 
5. he closing date for entries will be 27/03/2025. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted. 
6. The prize is one personalised A4 pet portrait by Murphy’s Sketches. The prize must be redeemed within six months. 
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. 
8. The winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received, administered by the promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the promoter’s staff. 
9. The winner will be notified by Instagram message within 14 days of the closing date with information on how to redeem the prize. The winner will only ever be contacted directly by Woodgreen Pets Charity. 
10. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by responding to the message within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
11. The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the giveaway, you agree that Woodgreen Pets Charity will share your Instagram details with Murphy’s Sketches for the sole purpose of redeeming the prize. 
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.  
13. The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. 
14. The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
