Donation collection service
We love playing fetch. If you have large or bulky pre-loved items you’re unable to drop off at one of our charity shops, we’ll collect them from you – for free.
Our free donation collection service is offered up to 15 miles from one of our charity shops across East Anglia.
We collect ten or more black bags filled with donated items such as clothes, shoes, bags, books, CDs and DVDs, as well as bulky household items and furniture.
If you have fewer items to donate, drop these off at our charity shops directly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cots, pushchairs or broken furniture. We do not accept animal products including ivory and fur. Some items cannot be collected for safety reasons; we’ll discuss this with you when we call to confirm your appointment.
Once you’ve sent your request, we will call within two working days to confirm what, when and where we’re collecting.
