Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs and everything in between, we’ve got yo...
With Bulut being a stray we are unsure if he’s been left home alone before. He would benefit from being left with enrichment to keep his active mind occupied and should be able to do a few hours once he’s settled in and had his training worked on.
This pet has a clean bill of health and can be fully insured after rehoming.
Bulut gets excited when seeing other dogs and can be over the top, he’s having some training in this area and is doing well learning more manners.
Bulut can potentially live with another dog in a working home, provided there are proper introductions and separate spaces when necessary. However, in a typical home environment, living with other dogs is not ideal for him. He will need to continue his training around other dogs, but with time and consistency, Bulut could potentially have some walking buddies or companions in the future.
Based on what we’ve seen on site and his breed traits, we feel that Bulut should live with adults only.
With the correct outlets and training, he will make a wonderful dog.
Bulut will need his own private garden in his new home so he’s got a safe space for training and to relax. As he’s not able to go off lead in public it gives him an area to move around freely without the distractions of the outside world.
The garden must be fully secure with solid fencing.
Meet Bulut the turkish delight! At just 4 years old Bulut has demonstrated his ever-growing intelligence, his willingness to learn, his softer side even peeked through with his regular handlers.
He is everything you would expect a Belgian Malinois to be; tenacious, athletic, loyal and has an air of confidence about him.
He is not a novice dog and by no means a breed for a first time owner so we are looking for someone with breed experience or working dog experience as he does have more needs than your average pet!
