Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs and everything in between, we’ve got yo...
Caine could potentially be left for around 3 hours once built up. Caine is a stray so we don’t know much about his background but he has shown he can settle in his kennel. Caine is a mix of two breeds who needs lots of stimulation, his home alone training should be built up slowly with plenty of enrichment.
Caine has a historic medical concerns, namely diarrhoea, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Caine will need to be the only pet in the home. Caine has been friendly meeting female dogs out and around, he’s quite intense around male dogs and will need some further socialisation to build up on his social skills.
Caine has been friendly and social with meeting people onsite, he can sometimes get excited, he loves to lean in and snuggle up for a fuss. Caine does have some sensitivities around handling, he would like a home with dog savvy children aged 11+ who have been used to large dogs.
Caine would need his own, secure, private garden with 6ft fencing. Caine loves his walks, enjoys taking in the environment and exploring. At times, he can be strong on the lead and we are training him to walk on a head collar.
This giant floofball is looking for his forever home! With his sweet and friendly nature, Caine is a joy to be around. He is polite and social to everyone he meets out and about, often hoping he will be given a tasty treat! When looking for fuss from his humans, he will often lean against them or rub himself along their legs, making it well known what he wants! This cheeky chap loves a good soft toy just like the big softie he is! He tends to throw them around and is quite happy entertaining him self! This gentle giant is looking for a home with lots of love and treats to offer… oh and a GIANT toy box too!
