Half Pint was previously left for a full working day. He can bark at first but soon settles. He has always been left in the company of other dogs so this will likely need building up from scratch after a settling-in period.
Half Pint has current medical conditions, namely a heart murmur and nuclear sclerosis, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed.
Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome him and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
He can walk with calm dogs but would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
He can be wary of new people initially and would prefer not to be over-handled at his age so would be best suited to children aged 11 years and over.
Due to Half Pint’s heart condition, he cannot go on long walks so he would like a secure, private garden in his new home.
Half Pint is small in size but big in personality! He trots happily through life with a constant wag in his tail and a heart full of affection for his people. He’s a big fan of tasty treats and never says no to a good bum scratch.
