Ken will need to be the only cat in the home. He could live with a cat-friendly dog or with small pets as long as they are securely housed.
Ken is looking for a quiet household with adults only or older teenagers. However it should be respected that he will need some quiet and patience for him to settle as he is a shy boy.
As a stray Ken was used to enjoying the outdoors. Once settled in his new home he will need outdoor access, ideally via a cat flap.
