Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs and everything in between, we’ve got yo...
This pet has a current medical concerns, namely Allergic skin disease and Diarrhoea from suspected diet allergy , that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Due to the nature of the medical concern, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
A cat-friendly cat would be fine with gradual introductions. Pepero is on a special diet so if there’s a cat in the home it will be important that she can’t access their food. May be ok to live with a calm dog as long as she has spaces she can get away if she wants. Securely housed small pets would be fine.
Pepero could live with both adults and children. While settling in she needs peace, quiet and calm but once feeling more confident she is super friendly and loves fuss and affection!
Pepero is fairly roadwise. Not used to cat flaps. Will need both indoor and outdoor access.
Pepero came into our care as a stray that was found with hardly any fur on her body – it looked as though she had been shaved from the shoulders down! At first she was really shy and worried, but once we let her know that she was safe… she became madly affectionate! Pepero loves fuss, attention and rubbing around happily. We think she would be really good with children as long as they let her settle in initially and are careful while she’s feeling nervous. She’s a big foodie and will eat almost anything!
I'm auditioning a new family, but there are plenty of other cats in need of a good home. Why not take a look?
