Support and Health

How much training will I need?

Needs settling in

Can I be left alone?

Yes

Smudge has done 5 hours home alone previously and should be able to do this again after a settling in period and having her training refreshed.

Do I have any medical conditions?

Existing conditions

Smudge has historic and current medical conditions, namely Hypersensitivity skin disorder, Patellar luxation and Hip dysplasia, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed.

Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome him/her and you are a successful match.

We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.

Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

No

Can I live with cats?

No

Can I live with small pets?

Yes, conditionally - Securely housed small pets

Additional information

Smudge will say a quick hello to other dogs on a walk and then goes back to doing her own thing. She could have some walking buddies in her new home who have a similar personality.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Smudge can live with children aged 8+.

She is a social butterfly who enjoys getting all the fuss and attention she can!

What type of environment would suit me?

It isn’t essential that Smudge has a garden in new home as long as she gets plenty of toilet breaks.

About Smudge

Smudge is a squishy, lovable girl who is bound to have her humans laughing each and every day! This bouncy bulldozer has a personality as big as her heart and has won over all of the staff here on site already. Her favourite things in life consist of toys, food and a good snooze. Being quite young still, she still has things to learn but the love and affection she gives makes it all worth while. If you’re looking for a playmate, cuddle buddy and a new member for your family then look no further than this goofy girl right here.

The Bulldog is a chunky canine companion who enjoys lazing around doing nothing. Learn more about the breed at Ask Woodgreen.
