Ever feel like your dog is trying to tell you something?
Consider us your pet-to-human dictionary. Ask us anything!
This pet has a historic medical concern, namely a heart murmur – however, this has since resolved and is no longer present, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Sylvester would be okay to live with small animals (if securely housed) or a cat-friendly dog with slow introductions. We feel he would prefer not to live with another cat.
Sylvester can live with adults and children. We feel he would prefer not to live with newborns or babies, as he has done before and it made him unsettled and a bit stressed out – we have set his preference to 7 and over but children could definitely be younger than 7 if it is a suitable home.
Sylvester would be suited to an area with lower levels of traffic like a residential area. He needs both indoor and outdoors access – ideally with a cat flap. He prefers an area that doesn’t have loads of cats around but a few cats would be fine.
Sylvester came to us as sadly his family could no longer keep him. His quirky character and wonderful personality immediately shone through! He is a big boy with an even bigger heart and loves rolling about getting fuss. He equally enjoy being outside exploring, or sitting on a window ledge to watch the world go by. Sometimes with new people or new environments, he can be a bit reserved and may need a bit of time to settle in. Sylvester is a handsome chap with a lot of love to give and is searching for his forever home!
A medium-large sturdy carrier is recommended.
