To help you and your dog get the best advice and care, during and after your application, we need to ask for more detail about them and your personal circumstances.
- As ever, we ask applicants to be honest and provide detailed, accurate information where possible
- We will aim to reply within 48 hours about next steps
- Your application and the circumstances around it are confidential, and will not be shared with anyone else
- Learn about our animal intake policy
- You can add details for up to three dogs. This will take around 20 minutes to complete.
