Fireworks: how to keep your pets safe
Find out how to recognise fear in your pets and keep them safe and happy.
As an ex racing greyhound she has never lived in a house, so home alone time will need building up slowly once she has settled in to a home environment.
Delilah has a current medical condition, namely a recessed vulva and a toe amputation (currently healing), that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed.
Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome him/her and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
Delilah adores dogs – they’re her favourite thing!
She could live with another dog, providing they are of a similar size and can match in play style. She is a super playful girl, her play can be very high energy and she doesn’t always realise her size.
Could live with children aged 5+.
Delilah has never lived with children however, due to Delilah’s sweet and friendly nature, we feel she could live with children aged 5+, providing they understand when she needs her own space.
It is important that in Delilah’s new home she has access to her own private and secure garden. This will aid with her toilet training and allow her to have lots of zoomies and off lead play time.
Say hello to Delilah – a stunning Greyhound with a zest for life and a heart full of love! This social butterfly is on the lookout for a fun, upbeat family who can keep up with her playful spirit and goofy charm.
Delilah is full of character, always ready to make you laugh with her quirky antics and love for toys. Whether she’s tossing her favourite squeaky around, making new doggy friends or splashing in a paddling pool, she brings joy wherever she goes. She absolutely adores her humans and other dogs – she’s the kind of girl who never misses a chance to say hello and brighten someone’s day.
Delilah has never lived in a home before, so she’ll need a patient and understanding family who can help her adjust to indoor life. But with a bit of time and lots of love, she’s sure to blossom into the perfect companion.
I'm auditioning a new family, but there are plenty of other dogs in need of a good home. Why not take a look?
