Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Dottie had been comfortable being left alone for around 4 hours in her previous home.
In her new home, we recommend gradually increasing the time she is left alone, following an initial settling-in period.
Dottie has historic/reoccurring medical conditions, namely ear and skin irritation, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed.
Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome him/her and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
Dottie would like to be the only dog in her next home and should not share indoor space with another dogs.
Dottie has lived with cats previously, therefore, she has the potential to live with cats again, providing correct introductions.
Could live with children aged 11+.
Dottie is a soppy girl who loves her people, she would happily just snuggle all day. She can be sensitive around her ears, with this in mind she would be better suited to a home with older children.
Dottie will need her new home to have its own private and secure garden. She absolutely loves having a play and explore in the garden.
Full of bounce, fun, and pure affection, Dottie is a classic Boxer through and through! This gorgeous girl has energy to spare and a heart bursting with love. She’s happiest when she’s in the middle of the action — whether that’s zooming around the garden, turning her toys into glorious piles of fluff or relaxing on the sofa with her people.
Dottie loves getting affection and believes that “personal space” is overrated — she’ll happily sit on your lap (or as close as she can get!) to make sure you know just how much she adores you.
She’d love a home where she can stretch her legs, have plenty of playtime, and then settle in for snuggles on the sofa. Dottie would be best suited to a home with slightly older children who can enjoy her exuberant personality but also understand some of her needs. She prefers to be the only dog so she can soak up all the attention herself.
If you’re looking for a joyful, loving companion who’ll fill your days with laughter and affection, Dottie is your girl! 💕
I'm auditioning a new family, but there are plenty of other dogs in need of a good home. Why not take a look?
