What kind of family am I looking for?
Guinea pigs can make lovely pets for all the family, they are loveable and charming little animals. Eric is especially confident and would thrive in an home where he will get lots of attention each day.
What type of environment would suit me?
Guinea pigs can live indoors or outside; they enjoy having plenty of time on the grass grazing during good weather days. The minimum accommodation for a trio should consist of a 6ft by 2ft (152cm by 61cm) hutch or indoor cage and a 6ft long by 4ft wide by 18 inches high (183cm by 122 cm) wooden framed run with a removable/hinged lid for the grass.
