Support and Health

How much training will I need?

Needs settling in

Can I be left alone?

Potentially, once settled

Kiki hasn’t been left alone much recently but she has been left for around 5 hours before. Once settled in, she may be able to be left alone again once built up gradually.

Do I have any medical conditions?

History of

Kiki has a current medical concerns, namely an fractured incisor that we will remove at her dental, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.

Due to the nature of the medical concern, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

No

Can I live with cats?

Yes, conditionally - bold, confident cat.

Can I live with small pets?

Yes

Additional information

Kiki would like to be the only dog in her new home. On her walks, Kiki is an independent lady, she might swap sniffs with other dogs but she’s not shown that she wants to interact too much. She doesn’t appreciate very bouncy dogs.

Kiki could potentially live with a bold, confident cat pending sensible, staged introductions.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Kiki would love a family who can include her in all their daily activities; she’s a sweet, active lady who enjoys being with her people. Kiki could live with children aged 8+ who can interact with her kind hands. She’d love to play!

What type of environment would suit me?

Kiki doesn’t necessarily need her own private garden, however, she would enjoy her walks still. She can be a little worried of loud noises so walks away from busy areas would suit Kiki well. She has previously lived near the beach and enjoyed running along the sand chasing the waves!

About Kiki

Kiki is a lovely little lady who, despite her age, still has all the energy and playfulness you’d expect from a terrier. She enjoys her walks and playtime, but also loves curling up on the sofa with her people. With so much love to give, Kiki will make a truly wonderful companion.
