Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
Lukka will need home alone training from scratch as well as plenty of time to settle into his new home before this can be built up gradually. This could take a few weeks or months so he is looking for patient owners who are around all of the time initially.
This pet has historic medical concerns, namely he was on a pain trial but no difference was noted, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
True to his breed, Lukka has a high prey-drive so he cannot live with any cats or small animals. He is fine to walk with calmer dogs but isn’t looking to interact with them so he would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
Lukka hasn’t had the best start in life so understandably, he is very worried when people try to take certain things away from him. This will require some management in the home so he is looking to live with sensible children aged 13 years and above who will respect his boundaries and make him feel safe.
Lukka will need a private, secure garden where he can enjoy zoomies and finish his house training.
Meet Lukka; this sweet boy is on a mission to steal your treats and your heart! While he might be a little shy at first, Lukka quickly warms up and will sit beside you for affection.
He’s loyal, loving and always happiest when he’s close to his people. With his handsome face and striking eyeliner-like markings, Lukka is as photogenic as he is affectionate.
Ready to get started? We always start with our pets’ individual needs, which is why we need to find out a bit more about you first.
