Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
Hamsters are solitary creatures and should live alone.
As with all small pets, Mawmaw will need to be housed securely away from any other pets in the home.
Hamsters spend most of the day time hiding away and sleeping. They are most active during the evening and overnight. Mawmaw is a friendly hamster who will benefit from a family who will interact in a calm and patient manner.
Syrian hamsters need a cage or ideally a tank measuring 100cm wide, by 50cm deep, by 50cm high.
She absolutely loves to chew, so would only be suited to a tank or Bucatstate cage.
All hamsters need a minimum of 6 inches of substrate around most of their enclosure, with a deeper digging space of at least 12inches (30cms) to enable them to create burrows and nests.
Mawmaw is a beautiful female Syrian hamster who’s ready to find her forever home. This little lady has captured the hearts of her carers, through her super soft coat and her very sweet nature. Mawmaw can be a little timid when she first wakes up which is very typical for hamsters, but she will soon be coming out to see if you’ve left any goodies laying around in her enclosure. She is a friendly girl who enjoys socialising, and happily comes out onto your hands to explore even more of the world! She especially likes her birch chip bowl where she will sit and clean herself each evening.
Mawmaw would thrive in a home where they can give her patient, gentle and calm handling. She absolutely loves to chew, so would only be suited to a tank or Bucatstate cage.
If you are the right family for Mawmaw, and can give her a home where she can thrive, explore and be loved, please do get in touch through our website.
