Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Penny has historic & current medical concerns, namely overgrooming and scabbing around ears that has been resolving and a grade 4 heart murmur, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Due to her timid nature, Penny will do best as the only pet in the home, to avoid any stress. She can live with securely housed small pets.
Penny is worried by children and noises, so would like a quiet home with owners who will be gentle and calm with her. She should be fine with calm teenagers aged 13 and over.
She has yet to explore the outdoors, so will need access to a safe back garden away from any roads.
Beautiful Penny came to us as she was worried by a new baby in the home, and was starting to show stress-related behaviour. She is a timid lady but with a quiet and calm approach she bonds with her owner and enjoys fuss and company. She is looking for a quiet home without too much coming and going, where she can relax and show her friendly personality. Penny enjoys playtime when she’s settled.
Due to being a white cat, she will need pet-safe sun cream applied to her ears
