Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Pistachio has current medical concerns, namely a heart murmur and some scabby skin on arrival which is healing, that will require consideration before she is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Would prefer not live with other cats or dogs. Can live with securely housed small pets
As Pistachio is so nervous we would recommend a quiet adults only home or teenage children if any.
Pistachio will need outside access when settled. Due to her nervous nature, it may be helpful for her to have several safe spaces in the garden where she can hide. This can be under tables/chairs/bushes or behind plant pots.
Pistachio is a beautiful, sensitive soul who’s looking for a calm and loving home to call her own. This lovely girl is a little nervous at first and may take some time to feel safe in new surroundings, but once she trusts you, her sweet and affectionate nature truly shines.
She enjoys gentle attention and quiet companionship, and she’ll reward your patience with soft purrs and loving nuzzles. Pistachio would thrive best in a peaceful home without too much hustle and bustle—ideally with someone who understands that the best relationships take time to blossom.
If you’re someone who can offer a calm, understanding environment and are happy to let her settle at her own pace, Pistachio will be a truly special companion.
