Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
Due to Rodger coming to us as a stray, we are unsure as to how he may behave when left home alone. We recommend that any home alone time is built up very gradually, once he has started to settle into his new environment but he should be able to do a few hours.
This pet has a clean bill of health and can be fully insured after rehoming.
Rodger would benefit from having walks in less dog populated areas to allow him the chance to sniff and calm on his walks.
Could live with children aged 13 year +.
He can be excitable when around his people and can sometimes jump up. Due to his over excitability and play style we would recommend that he lives with older children or children that are used to his breed and will be able to contribute to his ongoing training.
Is it essential that Rodger’s new home has its own secure, private garden. This garden must be a private garden and completely enclosed with secure 5ft fencing surrounding as a minimum.
Rodger is a gorgeous ginger Staffy with a big heart and sensitive soul.
Our Favourite thing about him is that he carries around an emotional support toy everywhere he goes! They bring him much comfort in the big wide world.
He loves to greet people with a wiggly bottom and a toy on display! He’s a soft, lovable boy who truly shines during calm, cosy moments indoors. Rodger loves relaxing with his humans, happily enjoying a good chew or engaging in some gentle play with his ever-growing toy collection. He’s affectionate, sweet-natured, and thrives on companionship.
When it comes to adventures, Rodger prefers a quieter place. Busy, bustling places can feel overwhelming for him, so he’s looking for a home that can offer peaceful walks or fun trips to secure fields where he can run, zoom, and show off his silly side in comfort.
Rodger is dreaming of a home full of love, patience, and understanding- plus an even bigger toy box to match his enthusiasm!
I'm auditioning a new family, but there are plenty of other dogs in need of a good home. Why not take a look?
