Ever feel like your dog is trying to tell you something?
Consider us your pet-to-human dictionary. Ask us anything!
This pet has historic medical concerns, namely she has had a bilateral Thyroidectomy and is missing most of her teeth, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Treacle would prefer to live in a pet-free home.
Treacle could live with adults and children 7 or over – they can be younger if they are calm, quiet and won’t grab her. When children are calm around her, she is really good with them.
Treacle is quite used to moderate levels of traffic and even when it gets a little busier at certain times of day. Treacle needs both indoor and outdoor access. She loves being outside! She isn’t cat flap trained. Despite being fairly road-wise, she would probably love a setting with more outdoor space that’s less built up as she enjoys hunting and being outside a lot!
Treacle came to us as sadly her owner could no longer keep her. She is a spritely little lady who loves to chat away to you! Her lovely long fur requires regular grooming to avoid getting matted. Treacle is sweet as pie if you are someone who’s calm and gentle with her – she isn’t a big fan of loud people. Despite really enjoying chin rubs and company, she LOVEES being outside chasing mice around! Treacle is a beautiful girl who’s looking for a quiet home where she can have both affection and the thrill of the outdoors!
Dislikes travelling and may toilet in carrier so would advise lining with newspaper/puppy pads. Will chat to you throughout the journey.
