We want to help people care for their pets in the best possible way, so they can keep them happy and healthy. This involves equipping owners with the knowledge and skills that enable them to spot issues early. By focusing on prevention, we can avoid or reduce the suffering of a pet and treat a problem quicker – as well as save pet owners a lot of money on vet bills.

Every pet should be having an annual health check with their vet, but it’s useful to know how to health check your pet yourself – keeping them in tip top condition!
Our Community Outreach team offer health and wellbeing checks in pet owners’ homes in and around Cambridgeshire and Bedford. They’re highly experienced in caring for dogs, cats and small pets, and passionate about championing excellent pet care.
As well as health checking pets themselves, they teach pet owners the skills to carry out routine health checks, nail clipping and bathing. The team also microchip pets and give advice on many other aspects of pet welfare – from diet and health to behaviour and training.
