Pet appeals for animals in urgent need

View our current appeals and help give animals the care, love and support they desperately need. Every gift makes a difference.

Since first opening our doors to ease the suffering of abandoned pets left on the streets of London after the First World War, we’ve grown into a charity that helps thousands of pets and their people every year. We’ve come a long way since 1924, but our determination to help pets in need has never changed.

Supporting our appeals is a fantastic way to ensure we can continue to be there for pets in need as we have for the last 100 years.

Other ways to support our appeals

There are many different ways to support Woodgreen. From fostering to volunteering, and taking part on a challenge, every gift counts. Whichever way you decide to support our work you will be helping us care for thousands of vulnerable pets.

While we search for a pet’s new loving home, you can offer them the care and love they so desperately need. Fostering gives you all the benefits of having a pet without the need for long-term commitment. It can be lifesaving for the pets in our care and might also allow us to care for even more pets.
