St George’s Fayre

The St George’s Fayre is a much-loved annual community celebration held in March town centre.

This vibrant event brings together residents, visitors, local organisations and businesses for a full day of entertainment, shopping and family-friendly activities, transforming the town into a lively hub of colour, music and community spirit.

Throughout the day, the town centre comes alive with a packed programme designed to appeal to all ages. Visitors can explore dozens of stalls offering a wide variety of goods, including handmade crafts, gifts, local produce, artisan products and information from community groups, charities and local services.

Woodgreen, The Pets Charity, will be attending with a friendly community stand.

Visitors will have the opportunity to make free DIY pet enrichment toys and speak with Woodgreen staff about how the charity can support them as pet parents, including advice, guidance and resources to help pets and their people live happy lives together.
