If you would like to adopt from Woodgreen:

Answer an online questionnaire about your home and lifestyle
Our team will see if you are a potential match for the dog you are interested in, if you are, we will call you to discuss.
If you are not a match for this dog, we will look to see if we have any others you may be interested in and if so, we will call you to discuss.
We would love to respond to every applicant, but we will only be in touch with you if there is a match. Please, do not contact us if you don’t hear from us. Thank you.
