There are lots of ways you can help us be there for pets and their people.
Woodgreen receives no government funding. We rely entirely on our kind supporters to make our vital work possible.
There are many ways you can help us – from donations and pet sponsorship to taking on a challenge or leaving a gift in your Will. Every penny makes a difference to the pets and people we support.
You can give as much or as little as you like, either as a one-off gift or ongoing monthly amount. It's simple to do, and makes an immediate difference to the pets in our care.
Sponsor a pen for our pets for just 21p per day. You'll receive a welcome pack, regular stories and updates, and access to exclusive content and events. That's because sponsorship allows us to keep our pets healthy, warm and happy.
Gifts left in Wills fund more than half of everything we do. Without the kindness of people who remember Woodgreen in their Will, we couldn’t care for the thousands of poorly or injured pets we help.
Celebrate the life of a beloved pet, family member or friend by donating on their behalf. There are many ways you can give in memory to Woodgreen, such as creating a tribute fund or memorial.
Every week, the pets in our care get through lots of bedding, food and toys, so buying items from our Amazon wish lists helps them right away. Our lists are updated regularly to reflect the needs of our pets.
Why not turn your passion for pets into pounds for Woodgreen. By raising money, you’ll help us be there for more pets in need. How you get involved is up to you, and we’ve got plenty of ideas to get you started.
Our charity shops are located across the East of England. Run by volunteers, you can donate pre-loved clothes, furniture, household items, and unopened in-date pet food, as well as visit our shops to buy some more!
Visit our eBay shop, where 100% of the profit goes towards Woodgreen's vital work, just in time for Christmas!
We need volunteers of all ages at our centre in Cambridgeshire, including in our charity shops. You'll make new friends, gain valuable experience and help pets in need.
Some pets need to be with people, in their homes whilst we wait to rehome them permanently. Fosterers provide that temporary home for the pets that need it. We’re always looking for fosterers who live in or around Godmanchester, Peterborough or Royston to join our team.
