From behavioural issues to dietary needs and everything in between, we’ve got yo...
Woodgreen Pets Charity is thrilled to announce the opening of its new charity shop in Dunstable - offering not only a shopping opportunity for local residents, but also a way to support the charity's continuous efforts to help pets and people in need.
The new store offers a wide variety of items including stunning homewares, fashion, accessories, children’s toys and more. Whether you’re searching for a special treat for yourself or a gift for someone else, the Dunstable shop is sure to have something to brighten up your day. Funds raised will help Woodgreen continue its essential work to help pets and people in need.
The charity offers a range of vital services including expert advice, hands-on support, and a safe haven for vulnerable pets in need. Last year, Woodgreen opened its doors to more than 2,000 pets, many of which were strays with nowhere else to turn, as well as supporting over 5,000 pets in their homes.
Head of Retail at Woodgreen, Jake Hornsbury, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new Woodgreen charity shop in Dunstable which comes at a crucial time as we are currently facing increased demand due to the cost-of-living crisis. The shop will help us meet this demand by providing a new source of income to support our vital work.”
Woodgreen has 28 charity shops across East Anglia and the East Midlands and is currently offering a range of volunteering roles. Volunteering provides an opportunity for individuals to learn new skills, gain valuable experience, and strengthen their CV, all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of pets in need.
