How much training will I need?

Can I be left alone?

Asia has been left for around 4 hours in her most recent home, but was left longer in a previous home. She is fine when left and usually slept on the sofa after a walk.

We would recommend an initial settling in period and so build up to this level of home alone time.

Do I have any medical conditions?

This pet has current medical concerns, namely weight management, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.

Can I live with dogs?

Additional information

We feel Asia would be best suited to being the only dog in the home. She cannot live with cats but could potentially live with securely housed small animals.

What kind of family am I looking for?

Due to her worried side at times, we would recommend older children aged 11+ that can read her body language well.

What type of environment would suit me?

We feel Asia would love to have a private secure garden in her new home. She used to enjoy pottering around in the garden and carrying her hippo around.
