Additional information

Franklin can bark at other dogs when he’s out on a walk, he is on a training plan to help him feel better around other dogs and he’s doing really well with it.

Frank is looking for a home who are happy to continue his training with an understanding that he may never want to interact with other dogs.

He would be best being walked in quiet area’s where he can avoid off lead dogs running over to him.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Franklin can live with children aged 11+.

He can be quite a bouncy boy so we are working on him keeping 4 paws on the floor to say hello to people.

Once he’s got to know you Frank’s an affectionate boy who gets really excited to see his favourite people. He loves to sit next to you, getting fuss and flopping into you.

What type of environment would suit me?

Franklin will need a secure, private garden with 6ft fencing in his new home so he has an area to go off lead and play brain games.

About Franklin

Franklin (or Frank as he is commonly called), is a wonderful young boy searching for his forever home. He’s incredibly smart, eager to learn, and would thrive with someone who enjoys training, having fun, and getting out into the world to explore together.

He is still young and very enthusiastic, so he’s looking for an understanding, committed family who enjoys working with a “project pup.” Franklin can struggle around other dogs and will need patient, understanding owners who are willing to help teach him the way of the doggy world! He is currently learning agility, but is happy to participate in any activities where he can use his brain!

Franklin has so much love to give and, with the right guidance, will grow into an incredibly rewarding best friend.

Fallen in love?

I'm auditioning a new family, but there are plenty of other dogs in need of a good home. Why not take a look?
