If you would like to adopt a cat from Woodgreen:

Complete our online questionnaire below and tell us about your home, lifestyle and the type of cat you’re looking for.
Your application will be added to our matching tool, which our teams use to find suitable homes for the cat in our care.
If we identify a potential match, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Due to the high number of applications we receive, you will only hear from us if there’s a potential match. Your information will be kept on our system and considered when other cats become available. Thank you for your understanding.

Because of this legal requirement, Woodgreen is unable to place animals with anyone aged 16 or under. This helps ensure that every pet goes to a home where an adult can take responsibility for their ongoing care and wellbeing.*
