Woodgreen holds four raffles each year, in spring, summer, autumn and Christmas. By taking part, you help us to raise funds for pets in need and you have the chance to win!

Each ticket bought and sold makes a difference by helping us to care for pets in need. £5 could go towards the cost of a health check for a pet who is recovering from an illness or injury, while £10 could help provide a stray pet with a safe, warm place to recover.

Woodgreen holds four raffles each year, in spring, summer, autumn and Christmas to raise funds to care for the pets in our care all year round.
Spring Raffle: Tickets available in January, draw takes place in March.
Summer Raffle: Tickets available in March, draw takes place in June.
Autumn Raffle: Tickets available in July, draw takes place in September.
Christmas Raffle: Tickets available in October, draw takes place in December.

There are 100 cash prizes given out each time. Our Christmas raffle offers the following prizes:
- 1st Prize – £3,000
- 2nd Prize – £1,000
- 3rd Prize – £500
- 96 runner-up prizes of £10
Each ticket is one chance to win one of these prizes, and if you buy or sell 10 tickets you will also go into our ‘Super Seller’ draw for a chance to win £250.

Tickets cost just £1 each and come in a book of 10.
Tickets are posted to many of our current supporters and can also be requested from our Supporter Relations Team on 0300 303 9876 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm), by emailing supporter.relations@woodgreen.org.uk.

Terms and conditions
Full terms and conditions for the Woodgreen Pets Charity raffle are as follows:
Woodgreen raffles are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission, under account number 30662.
Please note that in accordance with Gambling Commission rules:
- You must be aged 16 years or over to buy or sell raffle tickets
- This raffle is only open for residents of Mainland Britain (including volunteers and employees of Woodgreen). Residents of Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are unfortunately not eligible to take part.
- Tickets must not be sold to a person in any ‘street’. For these purposes ‘street’ includes any bridge, road, lane, footway, subway, court, alley or passage.
- We cannot accept credit card payments for raffle tickets over the phone or via email, only via post.
Tickets
- Tickets cost £1.
- Each ticket gives one chance to win a cash prize.
- Tickets are sent to supporters of Woodgreen by post and can be requested from our Supporter Relations Team.
Draws
- The draw takes place on the date printed on the tickets.
- The deadline for entry is one week prior to the draw date, as printed on the tickets.
- The Super Seller draw is open to those who purchase (or sell) all tickets in one book and send back the book cover for entry. Each completed cover gives one chance to win the prize.
- Entries received after the closing date will be treated as donations and stubs will not be entered into the draw.
Winners
- Winners will be notified within 7 days and prize money will be sent by BACs transfer or cheque using registered mail within 10 working days.
- A list of winning numbers and the winner’s county of residence will be published on our website at woodgreen.org.uk/raffle.
- Winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity such as being filmed receiving their winner’s call and possibly having their photograph taken.
Responsible gambling
Woodgreen encourages people to gamble responsibly and seek help should gambling become a problem. The GamCare helpline number is 0808 8020 133 and their website is at gamcare.org.uk.
