Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
As with all small pets, I will need to be housed securely away from any other pets in the home.
Hamsters can make a lovely first-time pet for children who are able to offer a calm, patient and confident approach. They can enjoy coming out to be handled and will take treats from your hands. Hamsters are nocturnal so will sleep more in the day and be active at night, they may not always appreciate being woken up so may not suit a family who are keen to have lots of interaction.
Syrian hamsters like to climb and travel large distances so need the biggest cage you can budget for. The minimum size is 100cm wide by 50cm deep by 50 cm – This can be achieved in a tank style set up, or a cage with maximum bar spacing of 1cm.
Aslan is a beautiful Syrian hamster looking for his new family. He is still settling and finding his confidence, we hope to find him a foster home soon where we can learn more about Aslans personality and get him feeling more safe and settled in a home environment. He is still a bit cautious when being approached, but is showing lovely signs of trusting his carers more and more. With some patience and gentle handling, Aslan will continue to blossom. Aslans favourite thing is burrowing! He makes the most impressive tunnel system and dens, a home where he will have lots of space and bedding to exhibit his most natural behaviour is a must for this wonderful boy.
Could you give Aslan his forever home, please contact us through the website if you’re the family for him.
Ready to get started? We always start with our pets’ individual needs, which is why we need to find out a bit more about you first.
