Support and Health

Do I have any medical conditions?

Existing conditions

Bella has reoccurring medical concerns, namely feline lower urinary tract disease, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

No

Can I live with cats?

No

Can I live with small pets?

Yes

Additional information

Bella would be happiest in a cat and dog free home as she has previously been attacked by other cats and she can get stressed easily. She may be able to live with small pets as long as they are securely housed.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Bella is looking for a loving family who can give her the loves she needs while respecting her independence and space if she wants to be alone. Due to her history of stress and urinary problems as a result, any children in the home must be ages 7 and over.

What type of environment would suit me?

Bella would need unrestricted access to the outdoors in her new home via a secure cat flap, ideally in a low traffic area as she previously lived in an area with little to no traffic.

About Bella

Meet Bella

Bella is a beautiful black cat with a loving and affectionate nature. She enjoys spending time with her favourite people and will happily seek out fuss and attention when she’s in the mood. Like many cats, Bella prefers affection on her own terms and will let you know when she’s ready for cuddles.

Bella is looking for a home where she can enjoy the best of both worlds – companionship indoors and the freedom to explore outdoors. She can become stressed if confined inside for long periods, so she will need constant access to the outdoors via a secure cat flap. Having the freedom to come and go as she pleases helps Bella feel relaxed, happy and confident.

She would thrive in a home that understands and respects her independent streak while also appreciating the loving bond she forms with her humans. Bella is a wonderful companion who will reward patience and understanding with plenty of affection and loyalty.

If you’re looking for a friendly, independent cat who enjoys affection but values her freedom, Bella could be the perfect addition to your family.
