Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Bentley has historic medical concerns, namely cat bite abscess, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Bentley has a history of fighting with other cats so needs to be homed as the only cat in the home. We are unsure whether he has lived with/interacted with a dog before so could be possible for him to live with a calm and cat friendly dog with gradual introductions. He should be okay to live with small pets as long as they are securely housed somewhere out of reach.
Bentley is a loving and playful boy who is looking for a family that can provide him with lots of attention and enrichment to meet his needs and keep him mentally stimulated. He loves adults and is okay with children but has been wary of them in the past and would not be affectionate towards them so we would recommend any children in the home to be ages 7 and over.
Bentley would need both indoor and outdoor access in his new home. Constant access through a cat flap is ideal. He is not streetwise so is looking for a home in a quiet, low traffic area. He also has a history of fighting with neighbourhood cats needs to be in an area with a low cat population.
