Meet Bootsy

Bootsy came to us through no fault of her own. We unfortunately don’t know anything of her past. However, since arrival this three legged long haired angel has been nothing but sweet. She loves company and is always interested in checking out new things and people. She loves a good brush and a fuss and doesn’t let her missing leg stop her from anything. She is looking for a loving home to take her in and share there love. She is truly lovely simply loves having a snooze by her window, getting fuss, and eating up her wet food. Is she the right cat for you?

Support and Health

Do I have any medical conditions?

History of

Bootsy has a historic medical concern, namely a missing left hind leg, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed.

Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match.

We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

Yes

Can I live with cats?

Yes

Can I live with small pets?

Yes

Additional information

We don’t know her history so can not guarantee anything. However as long as slow and well monitored introductions are done, it could be possible for her to live with other pets.

We recommend that any small animals are securely housed.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

A loving family that is able to give her time and space to settle so that she can truly flourish and feel at home in her new surroundings. We believe she would be able to live with kids of any age due to her sweet and gentle nature as well as being tolerant of being picked up and enjoying a good brush

What type of environment would suit me?

Will need full roam of the house as well as easy access to the outdoors once she is settled.

We are not sure on the circumstances behind her missing back leg, so would recommend Bootsy living in a low traffic area just to be safe.
