Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Being a stray, we are unsure if Candace has ever been left home alone. We feel she has the potential to do a few homes once settled and comfortable in her new home.
Candace has some current medical conditions, namely an ear infection and recovering from a paw in jury that caused some lameness, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome them and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical conditions, be that historic or ongoing, are discussed with your own vet prior to taking them home.
Due to the nature of the medical condition, a vet call with one of our onsite vets will be required before the pet goes home.
Candace is a friendly girl who enjoys the company of other dogs and loves going on calm, relaxed walks with her canine friends. She would really enjoy having doggy friends to meet up with in her new home, but for now, she would prefer to be the only dog in the household while she focuses on building her strength and recovering in her paw.
Candace can live with children aged 8 and over who will understand that she is recovering from an injury and be gentle and mindful around her. She is a very sweet and affacetionate girl who will make a lovely companion for a family.
Candace is looking for a secure, private garden in her next home.
Candace is a sweet, easy-going lady who is sure to melt your heart. She loves nothing more than enjoying some fuss and cuddles from her people and will happily settle in for some quality time together.
She also enjoys exploring the world around her, taking her time to have a good sniff and investigate new environments. Once she’s had her adventures, Candace is more than happy to find a comfy spot and settle down for a deep, peaceful snooze.
With her gentle nature and love of life’s simple pleasures, Candace would make a lovely companion for someone looking for a relaxed and affectionate dog to share their home with.
