Chanel would be best as the only pet in the home.
Chanel will need an adult only home and her new owners will need to be able to keep an eye on her body language and respect her boundaries.
Chanel could benefit from having a cat flap into the garden to allow her to control when she enters and exits the house although this is not essential. She will need a low traffic area and to be introduced via a garden away from the road.
This pampered princess is Chanel. Chanel is looking for a calm, understanding home where her new family will give her the time and space she needs to settle in properly. She prefers a hands-off approach at first, and all interactions should happen on her terms. Short, positive interactions are best, as Chanel can become overstimulated if pushed too far.
With patience and respect for her boundaries, Chanel’s affectionate personality really starts to shine. Watching her confidence grow and seeing those little moments of trust from her is incredibly rewarding. She’s the kind of cat who will roll onto her back, give you the sweetest slow blinks, and quietly charm her way into your heart as she gets familiar with your routine and surroundings.
