Meet Chipolata!
This tiny little sausage was very underweight when he first came to us. Thankfully with the correct diet and lots of TLC from one of our fabulous foster carers he is now the ideal weight for his age.
His fosterer describes Chipolata as a little super star. He loves to play and will take his toy mice with him to bed to carry on playing on his own. He gets so excited by seeing his fosterer in the morning he does what has now been affectionately called his ‘crab dance’ where he moves from side to side just like a crab!
Chipolata is a very loving kitten who enjoys company and lots of fuss.
Chipolata has historic medical concerns; he was underweight and had conjunctivitis on entry, however he is now a healthy weight and his eyes are much better.
Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome him and you are a successful match.
We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment
Chipolata can live with any other pets with careful introductions.
Small pets should be securely housed.
Chipolata can be wary of loud or unexpected noises, if he gets scared he will run to his safe space, which is currently his igloo bed. For this reason we are recommending any children in the home be 7yrs and over.
As a kitten Chipolata has never been outside. We would recommend gradual introductions to the outdoors once he is old enough. Ideally this should be through a back garden and not directly onto a road.
Chipolata is being neutered on 12/10 so will be available to go home from 13/10.
