Meet Harry

Handsome Harry is looking for his forever home with people who are looking for a fun and loving dog who is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Harry has lots of energy and loves a fun activity but also enjoys a snuggle on the sofa. The perfect companion who is going to bring so much joy to your life.

Support and Health

How much training will I need?

Needs ongoing support

Can I be left alone?

Potentially, once settled

Harry hasn’t spent a lot of time on his own during his life.

We have seen him be settled when in his kennel, although he does love attention from his humans. Any home alone time in his new environment should be built up slowly.

Do I have any medical conditions?

None

This pet has a clean bill of health and can be fully insured after rehoming.

Who I can live with

Can I live with dogs?

Yes

Can I live with cats?

Yes, conditionally - A bold, dog savvy cat.

Can I live with small pets?

Yes, conditionally - Securely house and kept separately.

Additional information

Harry has never permanently lived with another dog, however he happily shared his space with a whippet on a regular basis.

We have seen Harry interact nicely with dogs while in our care. He can sometimes be a bit conflicted around overly excited dogs, but he is progressing well with his training around this.

Family and environment

What kind of family am I looking for?

Any children in Harry’s new home would need to be aged 11 years plus.

Harry can be a bit uncertain of some strangers, so he will need people who will take things at his own pace.

Once he knows you Harry is the most lovely affectionate boy. He adores having a fuss made of him and snuggling with his people.

What type of environment would suit me?

Harry doesn’t need a private garden in his new home, as long as he has regular access to secure spaces to run around and burn off his energy.

If Harry’s new home did have a garden it would need 6ft fencing to keep him secure.
