Pet advice from Woodgreen
From behavioural issues to dietary needs, we’ve got you covered.
Jiminy has historic medical concerns, namely conjunctivitis, that will require consideration before this pet is rehomed. Our rehoming team will be able to give you further information if you apply to rehome this pet and you are a successful match. We would also advise that any medical concern, be that historic or ongoing, is discussed with your own vet prior to any book out appointment.
Jiminy might benefit from living with another young cat or a cat-friendly dog, provided they are tolerant of his highly playful side. Any introductions must be carried out gradually, and his new home will need plenty of space and resources. Small pets should be securely housed.
Due to his lively play style, Jiminy would do best in a home with children aged 13 and older.
Jiminy will need inside and outside access with gradual introductions to outside once settled into his new home. Where possible these introductions should be through a garden and not directly onto a road.
When it comes to kittens, Jiminy Cricket always has something to say!
This adorable little chatterbox will happily tell you all about his day, greet you when you walk into the room, and remind you when it’s time for cuddles… or dinner! He is incredibly affectionate and loves human company, but he also has a wonderful independent side. Jiminy has an adventurous spirit and needs lots of mental stimulation and active playtime to keep his clever mind busy.
Because he is so full of life, he can sometimes get overstimulated and mistake hands or feet for toys. He is looking for an understanding, patient family who is willing to guide him and work on redirecting this playful energy. If you’re looking for a kitten who will fill your home with laughter, conversation, and plenty of entertainment, Jiminy Cricket is ready to hop right into your heart.
