Could you star in The Dog House?
If you're looking for a match, filming for the next series starts this Spring.
This pet has a clean bill of health and can be fully insured after rehoming.
Kipling may be okay to live with other animals as long as introductions are slow and there’s enough space and resources for all. Dogs will need to be calm and not bouncy.
Small pets should be securely housed.
Kipling will need an adult only home that are patient and willing to give him the space and time to settle in. He will need a hands off approach until he feels comfortable and safe. He may never be a lap cat so new owners should be mindful of this.
Kipling will need access to the outdoors once settled into his new home.
Kipling was brought into Woodgreen as a stray. Kipling is naturally nervous and will need a patient, understanding home who is happy to take things at his pace — no expectations, no pressure, just quiet companionship. He is worried by any handling at the moment and will go into flight mode and find his safe place (this is currently his carrier which is doubling up as a cosy hidey hole) We are working to build his confidence every day and teach him that humans aren’t as scary as they seem! Sometimes, we will see him relax out in the open on his chair. If you have a quiet home, a gentle heart, and the understanding that love sometimes grows very slowly, Kipling could be your perfect companion.
Due to his current level of nervousness, we will not be facilitating a meet between Kipling and any potential new owners. He will be hiding and very wary of anyone new entering his space, meaning any meets will be quite stressful for him. We would like to keep any interactions between Kipling and any people to be as positive as possible.
I'm auditioning a new family, but there are plenty of other cats in need of a good home. Why not take a look?
